All returns are free.


All items purchased from can be returned for a complete refund/store credit within 30 days. All items should be in brand new condition and in their original packaging with all tags in place.

We are doing our best to cut down the usage of wood pulp. Order invoices and return forms are available for downloading in the emails we've sent, if necessary.

  1. Click on the 'Download return form' link in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Print and fill out the PDF form.
  3. Securely pack the items along with the return form.
  4. Head to your nearest Post Office and use the 'return paid' number to send your package for free.


Please notify us via email or our contact form within 48 hours of receiving the product. If your order arrives with faulty or damaged goods, you can return it within 14 days for a refund/store credit. We will not accept damaged products for a refund unless we have been notified.


We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, you can return the item(s) for a credit note within 14 days.
